Al Cano President
President of Cano & Company, is a native of San Antonio, Texas. He holds a BBA degree from St. Mary’s University. Prior to entering the field of commercial real estate work in 1980, he gained extensive business experience as an investment manager and financial analyst evaluating new and existing business and real estate investments. In 1980, he joined a well known local San Antonio real estate company as a broker specializing in commercial real estate where he rose to the position of Executive Vice-President and solidified the company’s position as a major brokerage company in San Antonio. In 1989, he formed Cano & Company Commercial Real Estate. specializing in commercial brokerage. As President of Cano and Company, Alfonso Cano has sold and leased over nine million square feet of improved commercial property valued in excess of $285 million dollars. He has also brokered the purchase of numerous development site ranging from office buildings, warehouse buildings, and regional corporate headquarters to mixed-use development sites. Alfonso Cano is a specialist in both the appraisal and brokerage of commercial buildings and land, and holds numerous professional designations. Due to his extensive experience and excellent reputation, he has been recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in San Antonio by fellow brokers, developers, appraisers and government groups.
Dennis Cano
Vice President of Cano & Company, is a native of San Antonio, TX. He holds a BBA degree in Marketing from St. Mary’s University, in Marketing. Prior to joining Cano & Company in 2011, he worked for a top pharmaceutical company for 10 years as a sales and marketing representative. for the past 10 years as a sales representative. During this time, he acquired extensive experience in marketing and business analysis. His commercial real estate experience includes the representation of numerous government agencies, non-profit organizations, corporations, and private individuals. Dennis has completed multi-tract land assemblages and negotiated the acquisition and disposition of numerous commercial office properties, retail properties, and land.
